Stress often accumulates gradually rather than appearing suddenly. Small pressures over time can increase vulnerability to episodes like mania or psychosis. How do you notice stress building up? What early steps help reduce pressure before it becomes overwhelming?

I usually notice stress building through sleep changes, irritability, trouble focusing, or feeling mentally restless. Those small shifts tell me something is off. To reduce pressure early, I slow my schedule, improve sleep, step away from screens, take walks, and talk with someone I trust. Small resets can prevent stress from snowballing.
