Lately I’ve been trying to understand the “season” I’m in. Some phases feel like growth, others feel like maintenance or recovery. How would you describe your current season, and what’s helping you navigate it?

I’d probably describe my current season as a steady rebuilding phase. I’m not pushing too hard, but I’m also not standing still. What helps is keeping my expectations realistic, breaking things into smaller steps, and giving myself enough room to adjust without feeling like I’m slipping backward.

I’d say it’s a rebuilding season. Not really terrible and not perfect either. It's still not easy but I am using all my energy to ensure that I get to where I envisaged. I’m learning, unlearning, and I think I'm getting better by the day. Some days I feel hopeful, other days I feel tired but I like how I am handling it. At least, there is clarity.

It feels like winter. I am waiting for spring, the season of renewal and rejuvenation.

I was involved in an accident over a month ago and I've been trying to heal from my injuries from that accident. It hasn't been pleasant my any means but I know it'll take some time to get back to 100%. My mind is focused on healing at the moment.

Is there a season called, Insane?

That's what it's like here.

70-F one day, 20-F the next. Shorts weather this week, 20 inches of snow the next.

Momma Nature can't make up her mind LOL
