Which herbal tea helps you manage oxidative stress?

I've been a serious advocate of going back to using herbs and roots for most health related issues treatment. This is because they are more safer than all of pills pharmaceutical companies are pumping us with that only makes us go for more pills.

Ashwagandha tea have been the most effective herb/root I've been using to manage my oxidative stress and it works very well. It helps me sleep better too.

What are your most effective ways to reduce oxidative stress?
 
I usually drink herbal teas like green tea, hibiscus, or chamomile because they contain antioxidants that help manage oxidative stress. They seem to support overall health and relaxation. Having a cup or two during the day feels like a simple way to reduce stress and stay balanced.
