Discrimination, identity struggles, and societal pressure contribute to mental health issues. Why do these factors disproportionately affect minority youth? How can schools and communities offer better support?

I think minority teens are more vulnerable to depression because they face extra pressures like discrimination, identity struggles, and social exclusion, on top of normal teenage challenges, more frequently. Supportive friends, family, and access to mental health resources seem really important to help them cope.
