Standardized testing can disadvantage students with dyslexia or ADHD. Why do these students struggle despite accommodations, and what reforms could make assessments fairer?

Students with learning disorders are often overlooked in exams because standard testing focuses on uniform metrics and speed, which may not accommodate diverse learning needs. Limited awareness, insufficient resources, and rigid assessment systems can prevent fair evaluation of their true abilities.

Out exams are designed in "one fits all" method. They aren't tailored in a way to accommodate different kinds of students. Exams are designed in a way that it asks, an elephant, leopard, monkey and ostrich to climb a tree (I actually saw this analogy on social media). In a situation like this, how can differently able students perform well in exams.
