Motivation may fluctuate rather than steadily improve. Some days feel productive, while others feel completely unmotivated without clear reason. How do you manage these waves? What helps you stay consistent during low-motivation periods?

Motivation often returns in waves because it’s influenced by energy, emotion, environment, and momentum, not just willpower.

Some days conditions line up and action feels easier. Other days stress or fatigue dampen it. Progress usually isn’t a smooth upward climb, it’s bursts of drive followed by quieter periods of recovery and reset.

I think motivation often comes in waves because it's influenced by many things, like energy, stress, mood, and progress. Some days everything seems to click, while other days it doesn't. I've learned not to panic during low periods because motivation usually returns again.
