Even small disruptions in routine like sleep, meals, or work patterns can affect mood stability, especially in conditions like bipolar disorder. Consistency often acts as a protective factor. What routine changes impact you the most? How do you regain balance after disruptions?

I do not have bipolar disorder or any kind of mental health issues, except, occasional stress, anxiety and depression. However, changes on my daily routine triggers my mental stability. For example, I have a lot of work to do but visitor comes to my house unannounced, now I will have to attend them, which disrupts my work flow. When there is work related disruption, it always get into my nerves.
