Why do most LGBTQ support abortion?

Almost all the people I know to be LGBTQ tend to support abortion because it suits their needs without considering the life they are terminating. All life is precious and life starts once the egg and semen meet during sex but most LGBTQ only care about having fun and damming their consequences later.

What kind of mental health do we categorise this act from those LGBTQ community?

There isn’t a single reason, and it’s not universal, but several factors overlap. Many LGBTQ people prioritize bodily autonomy because control over one’s body and identity is central to their own rights struggles. There’s also higher awareness of how laws can harm marginalized groups, including queer people who can get pregnant. Reproductive rights are often seen as part of broader healthcare access, personal freedom, and protection from state control.

Body autonomy is the main reason why I support abortion. A person should have the right to get a medical procedure period. @Hazel did a fantastic job explaining it, kudos to you!
