A forgotten reply, a short comment, or a minor mistake can sometimes stick with you all day. Have you noticed yourself taking small things more personally during stressful periods? How do you keep them in perspective?

I think small problems can feel personal because they often happen when we're already stressed or emotionally tired. A minor setback can feel like it's saying something about us, even when it isn't. With a little time and perspective, those problems usually seem much smaller.

I think stress can make small things feel much bigger than they really are. During those periods, I'm more likely to overthink a short message or assume I've done something wrong. What helps is reminding myself that I'm probably seeing the situation through the lens of stress and giving it some time before jumping to conclusions.
