Do you feel more irritable, sensitive, or withdrawn after prolonged stress even if nothing major happens? How do you reset emotionally when stress builds up over time?

Long-term stress keeps the body’s alert system activated for too long, which affects brain regions involved in emotion and decision-making. In the long run, this can make reactions stronger, flatter, or less predictable. It also reduces emotional flexibility, making it harder to recover after stressful events.

I think prolonged stress can quietly build up and make small problems feel bigger than they are. What helps me is taking a break from whatever is draining me, getting some fresh air, and giving myself time to mentally reset before reacting.

Stress is one thing that I hate as per this I believe long term stress is very bad it can really make you lazy and also cause some health effect within you prolonged stress really affect me in so many ways
