Do you notice that you can function okay in familiar spaces but struggle to keep up with expectations, deadlines, or constant interaction at work? What part of your work routine affects your mental health the most, and how do you cope with it during the day?

I think familiar environments can feel manageable while work demands add a different kind of pressure. Constant deadlines, interruptions, and switching between tasks can be mentally draining. What helps is breaking work into smaller steps, focusing on one priority at a time, and taking short mental breaks when possible.

Home is a private space, where as workplace is a public space. It feels more comfortable to be at home because it is your personal space. That's why it is easier to manage mental health system at home as compared to workplace.

I can usually function well in familiar environments, but constant deadlines and nonstop interaction become mentally draining. Taking short breaks, prioritizing tasks, and stepping away for a few minutes when possible help me reset and manage stress throughout the day.
