Have you ever finished the day feeling completely drained even though you didn't do much physically? Mental exhaustion can make simple tasks feel unusually difficult. What does it feel like for you, and what actually helps you recover?

Mental exhaustion can leave you feeling just as worn out as physical work, even if you've barely moved all day. For me, it feels like my focus disappears, simple decisions take more effort, and even things I normally enjoy seem like a chore. Stepping away from screens, getting outside for a walk, sleeping well, and giving my mind something calm instead of constantly asking it to do more can be highly beneficial.

I think mental exhaustion can feel heavier because it affects everything, including focus, motivation, patience, and decision-making. Even simple tasks can seem overwhelming when your mind is drained. Physical tiredness often improves with rest, but mental fatigue can linger if the underlying stress isn't addressed.
