Have you noticed needing extra reassurance or repeatedly checking things even when you know it’s unnecessary? What helps you resist compulsions when anxiety is high?
 
I've caught myself sometimes double-checking things or looking for reassurance even when I already knew everything was probably fine. What helps most is taking a moment before acting and asking myself whether checking again will actually solve anything. Waiting a few minutes instead of reacting immediately often makes the urge fade.
