Have you noticed your mind becoming more active when everything gets quiet? What helps you break the cycle when thoughts keep looping before sleep??

Overthinking often gets worse at night because there are fewer distractions, so the mind has more space to replay thoughts and worries. Fatigue also reduces emotional control, making it harder to challenge or dismiss anxious ideas. As a result, concerns feel louder and more persistent than during the day.
