Do you find that even simple routines like sleep, meals, or exercise fall apart when your mental state changes? What routines have actually stayed stable for you, even during difficult phases?

I think mental strain can make even basic routines feel harder to maintain. Sleep schedules, meals, and exercise are often the first things to become inconsistent. The routines that tend to last are usually the simplest ones, like taking a short walk, staying hydrated, or keeping a regular morning routine.

When my mental state is off, simple routines like sleep, meals, and exercise are usually the first to slip. What stays most consistent is keeping a basic morning routine and making a short daily to-do list, which helps me regain structure gradually.
