People often feel pressure to keep pushing through, even when rest is necessary for stability and focus. How do you remind yourself that rest is important? What helps reduce guilt around taking breaks?

I often feel that taking breaks is unproductive because there’s no visible progress, so it can feel like I’m falling behind even when I’m just resting. There’s also that internal pressure to keep moving, which makes downtime feel like guilt instead of recovery, even though it actually helps me reset.
