There are some millennials who are usually toxic in their positivity. We say we are okay, but in reality, we are not. I realized that it is not healthy to hold back your feelings, as it can make your anxiety worse. There are times when I say, "Just think positive," or, "Just go with the flow," but I realized that it really does not help at times. It is a good idea to admit that you are not okay and think of ways to feel better. What do you think?
