Food definitely has an affect on our mental health. If you eat unhealthy foods often, I imagine it can weigh on you. Not only can it increase your weight, that will also cause depression and anxiety from the weight gain. Not only that, but some foods, and eating too much of it, can cause your brain chemistry to go out of control. Not only that, food can affect your health in many other ways, not only gaining weight, but could cause diabetes, and other health conditions if you just let your diet go to waste.
