Do you know anyone who suffers from Delusional Disorder? Those who suffer from this psychotic disorder have delusions that can affect their everyday lives. While they don't typically get hallucinations, they can often believe that they're being followed by people. In some cases it can even lead to those who believe that another individual is in love with the person suffering from the delusion, and that can lead to issues.

Yeah, I knew someone years back who was convinced coworkers were plotting against him. No hallucinations, just this rock-solid belief that couldn't be shaken. It was tough because he seemed perfectly normal otherwise, so people didn't get why he'd suddenly accuse someone. Didn't end well for his job. Really sad honestly.
