Did You Have a Good Day, Today?

I would say that I have had an okay day today. I woke today feeling okay, but as the day went on, I started to feel a little down. I ended up walking away from work and instead doing other things that I enjoy, and that helped a great deal.

Some days you just need to switch off and come back when you are feeling a little better in yourself.
 
Today was a very productive day for both my wife and I so it was indeed a good day. We have been decluttering our space and we went through the shelf that had a bunch of DVDs, Blu-Rays and games on it. We're getting rid of pretty much all of our DVDs and Blu rays so that gave me more space for the games that I chose to keep. It already feels so much lighter that we've went through the shelf and decluttered it!
 
I would say that I have had an okay day today. I woke to some good news, and then my brother sent me a message saying that my younger brother was not answering him when he was asked how much my parents house sold for, and that just sent me the other way today, knowing that even though our parents are now gone and have passed, the only thing he seems worried about is what money he will get out of everything. That resulted in me crying a little earlier out of anger and also grief.

I am feeling better now, but I know it could take a while when it comes to grieving, and anything could trigger upset while I go through that process.
 
I had a very stressful day but overall I would say it's a very good day. I was able to accomplish all the goals which I set out to take care of throughout today. I'm happy today.
 
I have a very good day today infact I wasn't able to go to work I have to rest very well cook some meals and eat it perfectly sleep and get myself, someone took me out and give me some money to buy anything I want to buy.
 
I had a very bad day yesterday because I lost one of my phone but today I see the phone in front of my seating gardens and today was a great day for me
 
So far I am having a good day. I woke up at 6:30am, went to the gym at 7:20am, worked out until 8am, came back home, had breakfast and spent some time reading a book, checking random stuff on the internet. Pretty stable so far.

The same routine you completed that day is what am doing today I wake up 5 am and now am on the gym now doing some research online to see if I can have a good day as it's begin with good mode
