I'm not sure if anyone here has seen Donnie Darko before. I just recently watched it for the first time and what I love about this film is that it deals with Schizophrenia in a way that isn't stigmatized. The film was released in 2001, and it's become a cult classic since it's been released. Back when it first came out it didn't get good reviews and I think too many people didn't really understand it because they didn't really understand mental health. I don't want to spoil the main plot, but the main character named Donnie often sees a man dressed in a bunny suit throughout the film and Donnie also sees a therapist and takes medication for his mental health. I highly recommend watching it if you haven't yet!
