Have you ever been the bully yourself?

I was bullied in middle school, but I will admit I was kind of a bully towards some kids before that, that was back in elementary school. I remember I would join in and make fun of this one girl that used to go to my school. I don't remember the specific reason why we made fun of her, but I believe it had to do with us thinking she was weird. I regret ever being a jerk towards her, because looking back, I can only imagine how awful she felt having to deal with that. I like to think karma got me back in middle school. But I do hope she is doing well these days, she deserves a good life.

With that being said, have you ever been the bully yourself? Why? And did you ever stop being a bully?

No, never intentionally. However, I might have done something unknowingly at some point, but I don’t know if I have. I try to be mindful, but sometimes we don’t realize how our words or actions affect someone until later. If I ever did, it wasn’t with any intention to hurt.
