We all get a little overwhelmed at times, has there ever been a time for you where you got way too overwhelmed and ended up crashing out? Maybe you just couldn't take it and had to take a much needed break. I've had my days where I've been overwhelmed and felt like I wasn't going to be able to overcome it. But I think taking a good long break is warranted when you're far too overwhelmed. Sometimes it's best to just take a back seat and wait a bit, relax, and wait.

What about you though? Has it ever gotten so bad that you crashed out?

It happened to me a few weeks ago. I just shut everything off and slept for hours. I didn't plan it, my body just gave up and I had to respond accordingly. I woke up groggy but sincerely needed it.

I am not sure in what context you are talking about getting overwhelmed. I got overwhelmed with anxiety when I lost a good amount of money while trading in financial markets. I was feeling that I have lost everything.

Yes, in a general sense. When pressure piles up without enough rest or support, it can feel like hitting a wall. Mental overload often shows up as exhaustion, low focus, or emotional numbness. It’s usually a signal to slow down, reset routines, and ask for support before things spiral.

Yes, I’ve definitely had moments when everything piled up at once and I just shut down. It usually happens when I ignore stress for too long and keep pushing through. Eventually my mind and body force a pause. When it hits, I step back, rest, and reset because that’s the only way to find balance again.
