Do you ever feel weird or anxious when you're on a phone call with someone you know? Even when you're comfortable around them in person? I always felt my voice on calls sounded weird, but I guess that's just how I sound. But ever since that, I've always felt anxiety when I'm on the phone, even with people I normally talk to on a daily basis. Have you ever had this type of fear?
