I honestly feel like too much medication is given to some people and in some instances, people don't even need medication. Well, it's known that a pharmaceutical/industrial complex benefits from people being diagnosed with problems, and then their industry coming to the rescue. I mean, that' a no-brainer.

Supporting individuals with mental disabilities without medication involves therapy, consistent routines, occupational guidance, and a strong support network. Incorporating creative expression, physical activity, mindfulness, and balanced nutrition can significantly enhance emotional resilience, independence, and quality of life, offering a holistic path to personal growth and well-being.

Support for mentally disabled individuals without medication can include therapy (like cognitive-behavioral or occupational therapy), social support, skill-building programs, and lifestyle adjustments (such as exercise, healthy diet, and sleep). Creating an inclusive environment and fostering patience can also be highly beneficial.
