How can we prioritize mental health awareness without affecting productivity

In most cases due to a particular employee going through one mental issue or the other they tend to be treated differently from others, which might affect productivity to some extent. How can we create awareness in a work place, and at the same time create an atmosphere for stable production.
 
We can prioritize mental health awareness without harming productivity by fostering open conversations, encouraging regular breaks, offering flexible schedules, and training leaders to recognize burnout. I believe a mentally healthy team is actually more productive in the long run.
 
In any kind of workplace, we must never stress employees. This is one of the most important things we must realize. Unfortunately, this is something many business organisations never care about. They overburden their employees with excessive workload. This leads to stress and exhaustion. This can have a bad effect on productivity as well.
 
We can prioritize mental health awareness by taking regular breaks. Taking breaks in between can help avoid burnout. This is what I usually do so my mental health does not suffer.
 
Mental health awareness and productivity aren’t opposites, they usually support each other. The goal isn’t reducing standards, but creating conditions where people can work well consistently. Clear communication, realistic workloads, breaks, and early support help prevent burnout before it affects performance.

Healthy people generally produce better, more sustainable work.
