Have you ever known someone who went through a difficult divorce between their parents? It’s especially hard on children, particularly when they’re young. The emotional impact can stay with them for years, sometimes shaping how they view love and relationships in the future.

What has been your experience with the effects of divorce?

I haven't been in this situation but I bekieve Divorce can strongly affect mental health, often causing grief, stress, anxiety, and emotional instability in the short term. People may feel loneliness, guilt, or uncertainty as they adjust to major life changes. However, for some, it can eventually bring relief and improved wellbeing, especially after unhealthy relationships. Support and circumstances greatly influence recovery and long-term emotional adjustment.
