I truly believe that if people are allowed to learn about the hardships that LGBTQ+ people tend to go through in their every day lives can greatly improve their mental health. In a landscape when those outside the community do not fully understand the LGBTQ+ community tend to only listen to others who have no clue about the community and ignorance causes people to hate those in the LGBTQ+ community. When society fears or refuses to learn about a marginalized group fear mongering takes over in politics and then it leads to rights being taken away.
