I recently stumbled upon a research paper that was published in 2024, in Psychiatry Research. The paper was based on a study carried among 73 thousands participants in the UK carried by Imperial College London. The research pointed that those who go to bed after 1 am had higher chances of getting depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and neurodevelopmental conditions. However, those who slept before 1 am were under lesser risk of mental health conditions.
