Talking to People as a Therapy

Well talking to people can be seen as a therapy but it's not as affective as you think but it can contribute to mental health balancing
 
I find talking to people therapeutic because it helps me process emotions, gain perspective, and feel less alone. A trusted friend or family member can provide meaningful support. While conversations can help, they aren't always a substitute for professional therapy when someone is experiencing significant or ongoing mental health difficulties.
