Sometimes discipline must carry you when motivation is low, but forcing too much can lead to burnout. Finding balance is important. How do you manage tasks when motivation is absent? What strategies help you stay consistent without exhaustion?

What helps is relying less on motivation and more on systems.
Motivation changes constantly, but discipline grows through routine. On low-motivation days, lowering the barrier helps, doing a small version of the task keeps momentum going.
Consistency matters more than intensity, because discipline is built by repetition, not by waiting to feel inspired.
