For some people, one small worry quickly turns into ten different problems in their mind. Have you noticed any patterns that make your anxiety snowball? What helps stop it before it gets worse?

Anxiety tends to snowball when people spend too much time thinking about "what if" scenarios or trying to solve problems they can't control yet. One worry can quickly lead to another. What seems to help is bringing your attention back to the present, focusing on the next small step you can actually take, and reminding yourself that not every anxious thought reflects reality.

It's usually uncertainty and overthinking. When I don't have enough information, my mind starts imagining worst-case scenarios. I've found that focusing on what I can actually control and taking things one step at a time helps stop that spiral before it grows.
