What’s your favorite way to express your emotions?

One of my favorite way to express my emotions is through writing, i find it a lot easier to express myself when i write than saying it out loud.
 
I usually express positive emotions by sharing them with others, talking, laughing, or showing appreciation. When I feel sad or stressed, I prefer reflecting quietly, writing down my thoughts, or speaking with someone I trust. Acknowledging the feeling instead of suppressing it helps me understand and manage it better.
