Anything can literally trigger depression for someone because things affect us differently.

What are the kinds of contents that you read and they will trigger your anxiety and depression immediately? For me, any content about terrorist attack does that to me immediately.

For me, constant negative news and content about violence, disasters, or people suffering can feel mentally draining. Social media posts that constantly compare lifestyles or show unrealistic success can also affect my mood. Seeing too much of that content at once can make the world feel more stressful and overwhelming than it normally does.

I find constant negative news and stories about tragedies can be difficult to deal with, especially when they keep appearing throughout the day. Content focused on failure, financial problems, or people constantly comparing their lives can also affect my mood. Sometimes taking a break from that kind of content helps.

I find content that constantly shows perfect lives, big achievements, and endless success stories can make me feel pressured to do more with my own life. Constant bad news can also leave me feeling helpless. Social media rarely shows the full picture, yet it’s easy to compare my everyday struggles with someone else’s carefully edited highlights.
