You need to be vocal for mental health, speaking our boosts your mental health. When you don't speak out, emotions and feelings will burgeon inside you. This happens with people who are introvert. They don't talk much, and they face a tough time in workplace. Sadly, our work culture is programmed in a way that it demands efficiency and productive but when you are introvert, and when emotions pent up inside you, you cannot be as much efficient as you could be.
