Why Do We Forget Good Days? People often remember stressful or embarrassing moments more clearly than calm, enjoyable ones. Why do you think good days fade faster from memory? Is there a simple day you wish you could relive?

I think we forget good days because they often feel ordinary while they're happening. Our brains naturally pay more attention to problems, surprises, and stressful moments. Looking back, it's usually the simple, peaceful days we realize we appreciated more than we knew at the time.
