When physical items, commitments, or distractions reduce, people often report feeling clearer mentally. What is the connection between external simplicity and internal calm? Do you notice a difference in your thinking when your surroundings are minimal?

Living with less can increase mental clarity because it reduces constant input and decision fatigue. Fewer possessions, distractions, and obligations mean less mental energy spent managing them. That creates more space to focus, think clearly, and prioritize what actually matters instead of being pulled in many directions.

I think living with less can make life feel simpler. When I have fewer possessions, commitments, or distractions competing for my attention, my mind feels less cluttered too. It becomes easier to focus on what really matters instead of constantly managing everything around me.
