Do you find yourself replaying conversations, worrying about tomorrow, or mentally staying at work long after you've gone home? What helps you separate work stress from the rest of your life?

I think it's common for work stress to linger after the workday ends, especially when you're under pressure. People may replay conversations, worry about unfinished tasks, or mentally prepare for the next day without realizing it. Creating a clear transition between work and home, like taking a walk, exercising, changing clothes, or avoiding work emails after hours when possible can be extremely helpful. Having a routine that signals, "the workday is over," can make it easier to be present and enjoy the rest of the day.

I think it's hard because work doesn't always end when the day does. Deadlines, emails, and unfinished tasks can stay on your mind. Without a clear routine to separate work from personal time, it's easy to keep thinking about work long after you've logged off.
