Stigma often refers to the negative attitude or beliefs towards those struggling with one mental health issue or the other. What are the possible ways we can reduce this in the society or community today?!

We can reduce mental health stigma by promoting open conversations and education. Sharing personal stories helps humanize the experience. I believe normalizing therapy and using empathetic language encourages understanding, making it easier for people to seek help without shame.

Reducing mental health stigma starts with open conversations that normalize struggles, educating people to debunk myths, and showing empathy instead of judgment. Sharing personal stories and promoting mental health resources also helps create understanding and acceptance in communities.

It is not possible to end stigma entirely. When your own loved ones do not care about you, so how can you expect others to care about you? There will always be people who will make fun of your conditions and this is why people do not discuss their conditions with others in an open manner.
