What would you say was the worst experience you ever had with your anxiety or anxiety in general? I think for me, it was back in college, when I had a sociology class and we had to talk to nearby people. I idiotically sat in front of this big classroom, and the professor called me out for not doing a learning exercise where I had to speak with my seat neighbors. I did talk to one person, but I got anxious and stopped, and that's why the professor called me out. Ever since that class, I decided to sit at the back instead. Plus it was one of those theater halls, so you had to walk down steps to sit in the front, and that just messed up my knees as I had to walk back up to go to my next class every time. :D

The call center job was another issue, but I wasn't as worried about it compared to that moment. I had some issues with my anxiety there, but that moment felt different.

I am currently experiencing worst economical and financial crisis of my life. This has been inducing anxiety and causing a lots of problems for me. I lost a lots of money while trading in financial markets. Having said that, things aren't going smoothly for me as of now and I am going through tough times.

I'm not sure which is the most...it's between having to move away from our loved ones because my husband's job transferred us to another state or having cancer and needing treatment. Both were hard to get through, and I guess what helped me was trying to see the other side. That means, looking forward to happy times such as going back for visits with family and for the cancer, getting back to living my life the way I wanted, and especially being able to sing again.
